one of the most common themes i saw when looking back at my essays so far is that i write mostly about what i know. i write about things that i’m comfortable and familiar with and am knowledgable about. i think this shows that i like to be sure and confident in what i am writing about. it’s not that i don’t want to take a step out of my comfort zone. when i write about what i know i usually expand my knowledge by finding some other sources i can learn from and include in my writing. so my favorite essay was my touch essay. because i wrote about feeling which is touch in the emotional not phyical sense i think this shows that i am an sensitive maybe even emotional person. i also liked this essay the best because i wrote about something that i love to do and do all the time, which is dancing. it was probably also the easiest essay for me to write because i really knew what i was talking about and was excited to share my emotions about dancing with other people so that they can feel the joy i feel when i was writing.
